This small doppler module dates from the 1990s and is smaller than the older Gunn modules. The construction is still a die-cast housing that mates with a WG 16 flange. This module is in the original condition complete with matching screw.
Seen from the side the flange and separate horn are to the left. The connections on the top are from left to right:- Mixer diode, Gunn device and earch post. Underneath can be seen the tuning screw and locking nut.
In this picture the underside of the mountings for the active devices can be seen recessed into the housing.
The dimensions are:- 46 mm long with the die-cast housing being 40 x 24 mm. The 41 mm square flange matches WG 16.
