his small doppler module dates from the 1990s and is smaller than the older Gunn modules. The construction is still a die-cast housing that mates with a WG16 flange. This module is in the original condition complete with matching screw.
Seen from the side the flange and separate horn are to the left. The connections on the top are from left to right:- Mixer diode, Gunn device and earth post. Underneath can be seen the tuning screw and locking nut.
In this picture the underside of the mounting for the active devices can be seen recessed into the housing.
The dimensions are:- 46 mm long with the die-cast housing being 40 x 24 mm. The 41 mm square flange matches WG16.
