This high Q cavity wavemeter for 24 GHz is accurate to 1 MHz and dates from 1990.
The cavity is drilled into the block that is attached to the waveguide and will be coupled to the guide by a small hole in the waveguide wall.
The standard micrometer head is secured to the cavity by a single screw to the micrometer collar.
